Brian Ho has been the Head of Human Resources of Ocean Park since 1995. Ocean Park is one of the world’s most acclaimed educational theme parks and Hong Kong’s most iconic attraction for both tourists and local visitors. As one of the leaders in managing park operations, Brian oversees the people function of a very unique and diverse organization, with work missions which not only cover business needs, but also the education and conservation needs of the community. He contributed to the transformation of the Park from a quasi-government organization to a dynamic and business orientated enterprise which sets an example of corporate rejuvenation and is now the pride of Hong Kong. His major achievement has been in managing the change of the Park in areas of leadership culture, labour relations, learning development and workforce management, at a time of major transformation of the Park.
Prior to joining Ocean Park, Brian had a long history of work with the insurance and property industries in Hong Kong. Brian has an undergraduate degree from the Warwick University, United Kingdom, and is a Certified Attractions Executive of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.
