Travis helps organisations to manage their workforce talent and human resources functions to optimise value and performance. Travis has more than 15 years of human capital experience with a wide range of issues including leadership assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and organisation design. In addition, she serves a subject matter expert for two of Mercer’s leadership assessment tools—360 Degree Feedback and TalentSim.
Travis works with both global and regional clients. Those with multinational reach include Agbar, Global Payments, ITT-Koni, LyondellBasell, Orica, and Samsung Telecommunication. Within Asia, she has worked with Peninsula Hotels, Mercedes Benz, and AIA. Other clients include AT&T, Scripps, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Supervalu.
Before joining Mercer, Travis held a variety of internal HR positions in talent development, compensation and employee communications and change management. Travis holds a BA in IO psychology from Davidson College and an MBA with concentration in organisational behaviour from Georgia Institute of Technology. She has a Senior Professional Human Resources certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
