Enter Terryberry’s new AwardYourTeam application—a new web-based programme designed to help busy managers recognise their employees’ contributions more consistently and effectively.
The new module in Terryberry’s 360 Recognition Platform is specifically designed to increase managers’ ability to give the positive reinforcement and recognition necessary to engage their team members. It enables organisations to give department heads or managers an online dashboard for employee recognition within their units and allows managers to view their employees’ profiles—which can include career milestones, achievement awards, and recognition received by their team members.
Speaking during the launch of the programme, Mike Byam, CEO, Terryberry explained, “The idea behind AwardYourTeam is to make recognition more visible and accessible to supervisors. Visibility and accessibility are critical for effective manager-to-employee recognition.”
