Reckitt Benckiser Group (RB) has promoted Udayan Dutt to the post of Global HR Director, Corporate Functions and Category, Health and CHQ, effective from Aug 2019.
According to RB, he will now be based out of the United Kingdom. Udayan was previously the Regional HR Director, Africa, Middle East & South Asia.
Udayan joined RB in 2016 as a Regional HR Director from Unilever, where he was working as HR Director, Marketing South Asia. He joined Unilever as General Manager-Reward for the South Asia business in 2006 and moved on to become the Director, HR and Corporate Relations, Sri Lanka in 2012 and further elevated to HR Director, Marketing South Asia in 2014.
