Malaysian company offers RM10,000 for each new hire.
Marking a new stage in the competition for scarce talent in Malaysia, Colony Co-Working Space is now offering RM 10,000 (approximately HKD 20,000) in referral fees for each successful hire the company makes.
With ambitions to challenge the conventional concept of what an office is, Colony provides facilities such as nap rooms, kids’ areas, a gym, a swimming pool and Espressolab Coffee to its tenants.
