Lumesse recently announce the acquisition of SaaS-based e-learning company: Edvantage Group. The acquisition now brings the Group world-class capabilities in learning management, content development and management, online content delivery and custom course development. According to Lumesse, the combined business has close to 2,000 customers worldwide with almost two million active users of its technology. The additional L&D component now allows companies to provide employees with formal and informal learning opportunities via both social media and mobile platforms as a part of a fully integrated talent development strategy.
Since the initial announcement of the acquisition in early October, the two companies have been working on integration plans as well as joint commercial opportunities.
