FinTech company Hyphen Group has announced its new policy that aims to give its employees greater flexibility and choice when it comes to their individual working arrangements. The move comes as a response to an increasing demand for flexible models of working from employees across the globe.
Under the new policy, the Group’s employees will permanently move to a hybrid model, enabling employees to work up to 50% of the time from their homes, while still continuing to encourage face-to-face interactions in the office. The ability to work from anywhere has also been extended to all staff with them now having the option to work from anywhere in the world, for up to two months of the year.
The policy was brought about as a result of direct feedback from its employees and reflects the group’s innovative and people-first approach to securing talent. Sam Allen, Chief Executive Officer, Hyphen Group commented, “Our people-first culture has always shaped the environment we sought to create for our team and our approach to delivering value to everyone in our ecosystem. Flexible working was pretty much unheard of before the pandemic but is now a necessity for all companies in order to attract and retain top talent.”
