CLP Power Hong Kong Limited has been crowned the Most Attractive Employer in Hong Kong for the third time in the last five years; this according to a survey conducted by Randstad, a human resources solution agency.
Natellie Sun, Managing Director, Randstad Hong Kong, said, “We would like to congratulate the 2019 winners for their consistent effort in building and delivering a strong and attractive employer brand. Companies are recognising the long-term benefits of employer branding; they can have access to a larger talent pool, benefit from lower turnover and quicker hiring of quality candidates.”
The survey had more than 200,000 respondents, including 6,162 companies, 3,731 employees and job seekers in Hong Kong, and 32 countries. The research explores workers’ perceptions of employer brands and provides an understanding of the motivation factors of employees and job seekers.
