The results of the 2022 Most Attractive Employer by HR solutions agency Randstad have been revealed with Swire Properties being crowned as the city’s Most Attractive Employer. This is the second time that Swire Properties has won the award with the first time being in 2020.
The annual Randstad Employer Brand Awards is a ranking of employer attractiveness for Hong Kong’s 75 largest commercial companies and institutions that are known by at least 10% of the local population. Voted by 3,027 local respondents, companies were rated on their relative employer brand awareness and attractiveness. The top score was 62.25 out of a maximum of 100 and the lowest score was 22.55.
