About 51% of the total number of professionals with 1-10 years of experience in Asia Pacific would consider moving to another job within two years, according to the study, ‘Life of a Professional’ by LinkedIn. More than a quarter of the same group said they would stay in their current job for two years before asking for a promotion.
In comparison, 63% of students and fresh graduates in the APAC region said they expect a promotion within two years of working. The study, ‘Life of a Professional’, also shows that 64% of fresh graduates would consider changing jobs in the same timeframe.
