Davide Glavina, CEO Generali Life
Generali Asia has announced the appointment of Davide Glavina as Chief Executive Officer of Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited and General Manager of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., Hong Kong Branch. Glavina oversees Generali Hong Kong’s business and strives to accelerate its business growth.
Glavina is a seasoned management executive with over 24 years of international experience in insurance and financial services. In his previous role, Glavina was the Head of Finance of Generali International from 2018, steering the finance functions across Asia, Americas, Southern Europe, Spain and Switzerland. At the same time, he was also Area Manager for Spain and a member of the Board of Directors of Generali Spain. Before that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Generali Life and Generali Hong Kong Branch. Glavina was also the Generali Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Generali, Glavina had a decade of experience in investment banking in London and Milan, M&A advisory, Equity Capital Markets and Securitised Products.
