International law firm DLA Piper has announced that it has extended its maternity leave to 18 weeks and doubled paternity leave to 10 days both with full pay in Hong Kong. The scheme is also being extended to adopting parents. In order to further support staff, DLA Piper has also introduced a Maternity Coaching Program to expectant and new parents to ensure that these new parents will have a successful transition when returning to workplace.
