The MetLife and AXA International joint venture, MAXIS Global Benefits Network, has formed a new partnership with Further Group to offer innovative Critical Advantage solution to MAXIS GBN’s clients.
As a result, multinationsl will be able to offer their people treatment outside of their home country at medical centres of their choosing for some of the most critical conditions including cancer treatment, neurosurgery, coronary artery bypass surgery, and heart valve replacement.
The solution will be available globally, allowing for equitable treatment for all employees no matter where they live. Treatment, travel and accommodation are all covered and Further Group organises all bookings and arrangements, meaning employees can focus on their health and recovery.
As part of the partnership, employers enjoy the advantages of centralised reporting, administration and management. All policies can be 100% reinsured and are eligible for inclusion on MAXIS GBN global programmes.
