
- TS Kelly, PERSOL, Intelligence, IGS Asia and BTI Consultants to be rebranded as part of joint venture aiming to triple size by 2020
Recruitment firm TS Kelly Asia Pacific has announced that it is rebranding as part of its aim to triple in size by 2020. The new brand, PERSOLKELLY, represents a culmination of a joint venture between TS Kelly Asia Pacific and PERSOL, a recruitment firm from Japan.
Taka Yamazaki, CEO, PERSOLKELLY commented, “Our aim is to become the largest recruitment brand in APAC that provides seamless workforce solutions. To help achieve this, we are looking at tripling our size from our current base of more than 1,000 consultants in the APAC region to more than 3,000 consultants by 2020. We are also committed to expanding our market coverage in high-growth countries. The rebranding will give us an identity that represents a powerful combination of the resources and operational expertise of our key brands across Asia Pacific.”
As part of the overall rebranding efforts, service provider Intelligence will become PERSOL. Each of the 10 Asia Pacific markets where PERSOL is present will have a localised identity—for example, PERSOL Hong Kong. IGS Asia / BTI Consultants have also been rebranded as BTI Executive Search.
On the future of the recruitment market, Yamazaki hinted, "The future of the talent industry will be competitive and businesses will increasingly look for an all-inclusive partner for all their workforce needs across the markets they operate in.”
