From January 2016, the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) will re-launch their Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting in partnership with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. The programme will cover topics such as: Talent Management, Succession Planning, Business Strategy, Market Positioning, Executive Assessment, Executive Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion and more.
The six month MBA-level certificate is designed for senior-level Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. It claims it will "take participants through a rigorous learning experience" by applying theory and industry best practices to their client assignments. Their partnership with Cornell University will provide insights into the challenges facing today’s business organisations.
