International hotel operator Accor has joined forces with mobile workplace solution provider ATIOM to empower its talents by enabling them to learn and grow. The app will provide effective training, communication and real-time engagement with frontline teams to the Group’s 30,000 employees across 400 hotels in 12 countries worldwide.
Internal users will be able to use the platform daily to discover an array of information about the organisation from regional news, the launch of new campaigns to global announcements. The app will also allow frontline talents to consume news in short bursts and complete five-minute bite-size training modules around topics such as Loyalty to help drive teams’ performance.
Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer, Accor Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea said, “At Accor, our people are our number one asset, and we take great pride in putting them at the heart of everything we do. We are thrilled to be closer to our frontline teams, providing them with real-time information and valuable insights to support them in their daily interactions with our guests and help them achieve their targets.”
To make it fun for users, the tool is gamified with points to redeem prizes and a leader board, allowing Accord to provide real incentives for their employees and is available in five local languages including Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Japanese and Korean.
