Nikki Gao, Managing Director for Randstad China, takes on the newly-created role of Managing Director, Greater China region.
Gao shared, “As a result of major digital disruption and globalisation, the China economy has grown tremendously over the past decade. This has not just brought in more investments and companies to expand their footprint into Asia’s economic powerhouse, it has also created more new and sophisticated jobs for our local workforce. I’m very excited to extend my experience and knowledge from China to Hong Kong, where we will continue to grow the Randstad brand together.”
Gao also recently received the 2019 national ATHENA leadership accolade. The award is presented for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
