PepsiCo India HR Head Suchitra Rajendra is stepping down from the company after 13 years with them. Pepsi confirmed her resignation and said that her successor will be announced shortly.
As CHRO & VP HR of PepsiCo India, she was responsible for talent strategy, organisation design and building the right culture to drive sustainable business growth. She was instrumental in setting the D&I charter for PepsiCo India.
