Manish Verma has been appointed as Cargill's new head of HR APAC Global Human Resources team. With a background in organisational psychology, Verma brings extensive experience from leading HR teams in the UK and Singapore.
Varma spoke of his goal to “provide overall guidance on HR strategic matters as well as HR solutions consulting and delivery. I am providing overall value-added human resource services across all functional areas for Asia Pacific leaders and employees. We work with partners in the business to define a strategic people plan that aligns with the business direction in a growth-oriented, multinational, multi-cultural environment.”
