JB Aloy, former Deputy MD for Employee Research at Ipsos France, will head a new practice, Ipsos ERM, from Hong Kong as Senior Vice President, Employee Research for APAC. This practice will focus on talent attraction and employer branding, as well as leadership development and staff retention strategies.
