Capgemini, the international research institute, has appointed Anne Lebel as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Group Executive Board Member. She takes over from outgoing head Hubert Giraud, who moves to a new role at sister company Altran.
Formerly Global Head of Human Resources at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Anne brings over two decades experience in leadership development and global talent management. On taking up the position, Lebel announced, “In this role, I will continue to build an agile culture of inclusivity and personal growth, attracting the talent of tomorrow to meet the evolving needs of our clients in this digital world.”
