David is a Director of a global RPO provider and has spent the last 12 years working in the recruitment industry in London, Sydney and Hong Kong. He has worked closely with HR leaders and teams across a variety of sectors and designed recruitment models that cater for both permanent and non-permanent sourcing in multiple countries. His recruitment career began in London where he specialised in non-permanent recruitment for the financial service sector before being appointed to run all non-permanent recruitment across all industries for the groups Sydney office in 2005. In September of 2009 David was appointed as Director of financial services which also involved managing the groups onsite (RPO) teams in Sydney. During 2011 David relocated to Hong Kong to take on a leadership role with Resource Solutions where he is focussed exclusively on delivering first class RPO solutions to new and existing clients throughout the region.
