Tracey Roseborough Tam is the Executive Director and Head of Learning and Development APAC for Michigan Ross Business School. She is originally from Canada and has been based predominantly in Asia for the last 20 years with postings in Europe and North America. She has worked in regional and global head roles in HR, HR functional excellence, L&D and executive development for large multinational corporations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Invensys and Honeywell.
Tracey has led executive education in the AP region for Henley Business School in the UK and worked globally as Managing Director International for the CIPD (the Chartered Institute for HR and Learning Professionals) where her work focused on diagnosing what CEOs and other business leaders now need from HR and L&D and what can be done to help these functions make the next leap forward in their evolution.
She has created and delivered solutions for leaders and those who develop them across borders and cultures in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. She is a Chartered Fellow FCIPD and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
