Stephen Leung is the Country Manager of Pfizer Hong Kong, who is a registered pharmacist by profession (UK & HK). Stephen has over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience in four different countries (UK, USA, Australia and Hong Kong).
Stephen has a strong passion for building a people-oriented culture. Under Stephen’s leadership, Pfizer won the prestigious Hong Kong Management Association Quality award – Gold Award in 2009. In the same year and in 2012, Stephen was presented with the Global HR Leadership Award. In 2015, Pfizer was presented with the Corporate Citizenship Gold Award by the HK Productivity Council.
Stephen is the Chairman of the Chinese University, School of Pharmacy Advisory Board; Consultative Committee of the School of Nursing, Member of Advisory Council on Food and Environmental Hygiene, Council Member on Human Reproductive Technology and Council Member of various healthcare related associations.
Stephen is a Registered Corporate Coach of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. He is passionate in inspiring people to reach their full potential.
