With over 15 years experience in the employee share plans industry gained through working experience in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong /China, Seth Bohart possesses a deep understanding of the global trends and local regulatory challenges involved in effectively administering employee equity programs.

As the Managing Director of Computershare’s Asia Plans Managers division, Seth Bohart has been responsible for establishing a business and growing a local team that now includes a client base of approximately 100 publicly listed Issuers and 50 staff located in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
