Philip has over 15 years’ professional services experience, 12 of which have been gained in Asia, based in Hong Kong. Philip is one of few people in the region with strong strategy, organisation, process and technology experience as applied to the HR function. He has worked with a number of regional and global HR directors to help them re-shape their HR operating models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR delivery.
Philip founded Catalyst Business Consulting in 2012 after extensive periods spent with major consulting firms including Hewitt Associates, Arthur Andersen and Infosys Technologies. Catalyst’s mission is to help regional HR leaders improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their regional HR teams through more efficient organisation structures, optimising the people and skills mix, streamlining core processes and leveraging leading technology platforms.
