Neil is the Managing Director of Work Group in Asia—a global research and employer and marketing consultancy, Work Group delivers insight and solutions to organisations around the world who want to attract and retain the talent they need to be successful. Working with organisations such as AIA, Coca-Cola, J P Morgan and Swire, Neil and his team have been delivering research, employer branding & marketing solutions for over 15 years across Europe, the US and more latterly Asia Pacific.
Neil strongly believes that relationships built with candidates and employees are as valuable and important as the relationships organisations build with customers. He has a particular interest in helping enhance the role of HR in business through the delivery of strategies that make a positive impact on financial performance.
