Kerry Rooks is an experienced practitioner in the HR field. She is currently Human Resources Director at The Prudential Assurance Co. Ltd.

In 2004 Kerry also gained significant experience as an Organisational Development Specialist and Senior Manager in Organisational Development at AIG.

In 2006 Kerry joined New York Life International, LLC as Human Resources Director for the Asia Region and later promoted to role of International Vice President, Talent Management, Asia Region.
