Judy Feng is the Head of Organisational Development with The Hong Kong Jockey Club responsible for organisational development strategy and processes including leadership development, talent review and assessment, performance management, succession planning, Jockey Club College and change management. Her previous roles include Director, Talent Management, Asia Pacific of Baxter, principal consultant at DDI Asia and she spent over 10 years with Intel Corporation and another MNC.
Judy holds a master’s degree in economics from FuDan University, and completed a Global Executive Development Programme with the Thunderbird School of Business in the US. She received Global HR “Change Agent” award in 2007 in recognition of her leadership for the talent management initiatives in Baxter Asia Pacific and was named Best HR Leader in greater China by HRoot in 2007. She also served as Shanghai Amcham HR committee vice chair 2005-2008 and is currently a member of HKMA HR Development Committee.
