Jenny Pong is Group Director, Human Resources of JTH Group. She is responsible for the supervision and direction of the Group’s human resource programmes across the JTH Group in various markets. In addition to talent acquisition and, Jenny ensures organisational structure design to meet overall business objectives.

Prior to joining JTH Group, Jenny was Head of HR for the General Insurance Business of Zurich Financial Services, APAC, where she focused on enhancing HR from a transactional to strategic function to more effectively achieve corporate goals.

Jenny has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Management of Organisations and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
