Jean-Baptiste Aloy, Senior VP—Employee Research, Ipsos
JB Aloy currently works as Senior Vice President, Employee Research for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
He worked as a deputy attaché in an Embassy and a consultant in labor relations before joining Ipsos in 2001. He spent the last 12 years with the leading research firm between Europe, North America and Asia.
JB has extensive experience working with clients to measure, manage and impact employee engagement. In addition, he designs employer brand / EVP research programs, as well as a variety of ad-hoc projects to assess corporate values, to test recruitment campaigns, to audit internal communications, and to evaluate HR management policies and practices.
