Debbie Cross, Global Director of Talent—Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd.

Debbie joined Shangri-La in 2011. In the short time she’s been with the group, she has achieved success in partnering with SuccessFactors and its assessment provider, Talent plus, to refine the recruitment process, reduce turnover, increase the number of internal transfers and promotions, and enhance awareness of Shangri-La as an employer of choice on-line.

Prior to joining Shangri-La, she worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for eight years, based in Europe undertaking a similar role.
