CY Chan is the Senior Manager – Talent Management of Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited, overseeing the organization’s talent engagement and performance improvement strategy and initiatives. He occasionally speaks in various HR and L&D conferences and has led his team in winning various industry awards in training, sales and servicing areas.
CY has been a consultant of a global human performance improvement company covering Southern China Region based in Hong Kong, with over 10 years of experience in consultancy sales, business development, HRM and L&D. He has held various sales and HR management positions among Consultancy, Telecommunication and Manufacturing industry. In his previous capacity, he has strategized and facilitated people development solution for global and local key players.
CY holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and is currently helping the University as mentor to nurture future HR leaders.
