A native of San Francisco, California, Cassady Winston received a degree from UC Berkeley and has 12+ years of progressive HR experience, primarily in the professional services / engineering sector. After holding regional HR roles with URS Corporation from 2000-07, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2007, holding Asia HR leadership posts for EDAW and AECOM. In his current role as Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia, Cassady leads a diverse Asia HR team of 80+ HR Business Partners, COEs, and Shared Services staff, distributed across 11 countries. This HR team supports a rapidly growing business of 7,000+ professional staff, achieving approximately USD 500MM revenue in 2012.
