Ada is a Senior Associate in the Employment group of DLA Piper’s Hong Kong office. She has experience in handling a wide range of employment -related matters and co-ordinating employment advice across multiple jurisdictions. These include advising clients on their obligations under the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation, reviewing their employment contracts and handbooks/policies, providing advice in relation to cross-border merger and acquisition due diligence and integration issues relating to the transfer of employees, companies establishing operations in Asia, and on how to effectively manage redundancies and terminations. She has also advised clients on contentious issues, such as discrimination claims, restrictive covenant issues, and regulatory investigations.
