Ada became a Manager, Training & Development at Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd which is a subsidiary of NWS Holding Limited in 2010. Prior to this, she had been working as a senior executive in a global shipping company for over a decade, responsible for training, talent development and quality system in greater China regions.
Ada earned her Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She has a bachelor degree in Chinese and English from the University of Hong Kong as well.
