Simon Davies is an Organizational Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience helping individuals and organisations build and execute talent strategies. He is Head of Talent APAC at Zurich Insurance covering the areas of talent acquisition, internal talent management and succession, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Zurich he held roles at HSBC, RBS and in consulting. Simon is passionate about the role talent strategies play in the success of organizations and the importance of this agenda in Asian markets.
