Rizwan Masood is an experienced business professional with over 20 years of experience in HR and Finance. He is a seasoned leader with over 11 years of financial institutions core HR business partnership experience with Standard Chartered Bank, across multiple geographies including Greater China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Pakistan. During his tenure at Standard Chartered, he has fulfilled various roles including Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Head of HR for SME Business and Head of HR for Retail Banking at the Country and Regional level. Currently, in addition to driving the People Agenda for Retail Banking across the Greater China and North Asia region, he is currently also serving as the People & Organisation leader on the Financial Crime Risk Mitigation Programme for the Bank.
