Peng Hui Lim is the Regional Head of Talent Attraction, Culture and Strategic Intitiatives for AXA Asia.
Having built 17 years of experience in the HR field on the attraction and development of talents in multinational corporations, her current work is focused on developing a compelling talent attraction proposition that is organic from the inside-out, through the embedment of the organization’s values and culture.
After starting her career as an HR Relationship Officer with one of the largest financial companies, Peng has worked across various industries including legal services, telecomunications, manufacturing and now insurance where she has earned a great reputation for her work on succession planning and leadership development.
Originally from Malaysia, she graduated with a law degree from the U.K. and relocated to Hong Kong in 2007 where she took on roles with regional and global coverage. In 2015, she accepted an expatriate assignment to Thailand and has just recently moved back to Hong Kong again.
