Paul Kirkbride, Executive Director of Executive Education, Macquarie Graduate School of Management

Paul Kirkbride is Executive Director, Executive Education and Professorial Fellow at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Macquarie University where he manages the portfolio of both Open Enrolment and Customized Programs. Previously Paul worked as Director, Value Based Leadership Development and Chief Learning Officer for ITT Industries, a US headquartered multi-industry multinational with over $8 billion in annual sales and 45,000 staff worldwide. In this role he was responsible for completely revamping ITT’s approach to leadership development which involved a new development model and philosophy, new leadership competencies, a new top management assessment and development process, a new succession planning process, and a new process for talent assessment and development.
