Patricia Beveridge has held various global HR leadership roles across a portfolio of private and public sector companies including pre-IPO start-up to FTSE 100, with varying employee populations ranging from 100 to 680,000. Despite differences in industry, company size or market, the one constant in every business has been, and will continue to be, change. Sharing experiences gained throughout her career, Patricia will provide insights on ‘Avoiding the Pitfalls of Organisational Change – How Can HR Help?’
Patricia has HR experience leading organisational change, including M&A, Chapter 11 insolvency and business performance improvement and restructuring. From Toronto, Patricia has lived in Hong Kong for the past 15 years and been Sr. Human Resources Manager, Asia Middle East with G4S since 2012. In addition to an EMBA from the University of Western Ontario Ivey Business School, Patricia holds an undergraduate in Business Administration (Ryerson University) and related post graduate certificates.
