Nancy began her career in clinical practice and started her management career in health services in early 90’s. She has over 15 years of working experience as Senior Executive in both private and not-for-profits professional organizations. Her senior appointments included the Director of Human Resources and Training in the Quality Health Care Services, Cluster Human Resources Manager of the Hospital Authority, General Manager of Matilda International Hospital and Chief Operating Officer of Bupa Health Care Asia Limited. She was heavily involved in the development of the Professional Standard Model when she served as the Acting General Manager of the Institute of Human Resources Management and wrote the “Career Development Guide for HR Professional” which was published in 2011. In late 2011, Nancy joined the Tung Wah College - the first health care focused private tertiary institution in Hong Kong as the Director of Human Resources. Nancy set up the HR Department for the Tung Wah College. Her strength and expertise lie in organization development and synergizing multi-partite collaboration. She has successfully worked as close strategic partners with various stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives in different industries. Nancy has also been serving as a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Fu Hong Society and Departmental Advisory Board of Department of Rehabilitation Science, Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2009.
