Director of Group People Development & Culture - Group HR
Leonard Lai is currently the Director of People Development & Culture for AIA Group, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group with a presence in 18 markets across the Asia-Pacific region. He provides leadership in formulating, planning and implementing group-wide people development agenda to strengthen organization capabilities and advance people’s growth.
Prior to AIA, he was the Vice President and Head of Organization Development of NTUC Income, Singapore and spent more than 10 years with Accenture Management Consulting where he specialised in designing and implementing human capital strategies and solutions within organizations to achieve business results. He had also assisted many multinational clients in the Asia Pacific region on large scale business transformation programmes.
Leonard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holds an MBA degree from The University of Manchester, UK.
