Head of AMEA HR Operations
Laura joined BT back in 2009 on the Graduate Programme and completed 4 six month assignments (based in the UK), working across Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Organisational Development. She moved to Hong Kong over three years ago and her background is in managing large scale regional HR programmes specialising in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Graduate Programme Management.
Over the last 12 months Laura has led the HR Transformation and Change Management programme for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region deploying new HR systems, HR policies and processes, and designing a new organisational structure for a HR team of over 80 individuals and a region of over 6000 employees. Laura has recently moved into a new role as the Head of AMEA HR Operations where she is responsible for HR service delivery across 23 countries in AMEA.
