Head of Executive Development
Justin Bridge, a New Zealander, is the head of Executive Development for Jardine Matheson Limited. He is responsible for supporting the development of senior management throughout the various group companies in addition to ensuring a steady supply of talent rises through the ranks to take on senior leadership positions as they arise. Justin oversees the Jardine Leadership Development Plan (JLDP) that targets around one thousand senior and up-and-coming executives, selected from the Group’s 450,000 employees. Justin first moved to Hong Kong in 1992. He worked in a number of corporate positions for the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, helping to implement a major organisational transformation programme and writing the winning application for the Hong Kong Management Association 1995 Quality Award. He moved to Europe in 1996 to obtain his MBA and thereafter worked as a consultant with AT Kearney, the international consulting firm. In 2009 Justin and his family returned to Hong Kong where he was Head of Asia Pacific for Mannaz, a global leadership development consultancy with Danish roots, until he joined Jardines in 2014.
