Jeff Hackeson is the Founding and Managing Director of Change Enablement. With recognition for his outstanding delivery of PROCI’s accredited suite of programs, Jeff has a strong reputation for successfully embedding change capabilities and competencies into organisations across government, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing and education.
Capability building is not new to Jeff, in fact he has been in education and development all his life from teaching geography and economics in the UK and mentoring students into university, through to training for employment services across Australia including Darwin, Cairns and the Torres Strait islands. In addition to building capability, Jeff has also performed a variety of senior strategic corporate and business operational roles. He has collaborated with entire organisations, including front line staff and customers, to deliver an extensive range of new products through product development, program management and business analysis.
