Based in Hong Kong, Grace Wong has over 20 years of professional experience as Human Resources Business Partner at Asia Pacific regional leadership and management roles. She has held regional Human Resources leadership positions at multinationals in different industries including Information Technology, Financial Services and Supply Chain Management. Currently with HAVI Supply Chain Solutions (or known as HAVI Logistics) as their Vice President of Human Resources, Asia Region including Japan since 2012, she is a member of the Executive Regional Leadership Team along with the Asia President, COO, CFO and Strategic Business Development SVP. She actively plays the role of the trusted advisor and business partner in People and Talent Management to senior management. Prior to HAVI, she has spent over 12 years in Financial Services, namely in AIG. She first led the HR organization of AIG Consumer Finance Group in Asia from 2001. From 2005, she became the Vice President, Human Resources of AIG Investments Asia (which was re-named as PineBridge Investment) till 2012. Prior to AIG, she worked in Apple Computer providing a full spectrum of HR management and support to its Sales and Distribution Offices in Asia.

Grace had her Bachelor of Social Science and MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also completed a professional program of Principles and Practices in Organizational Development at Teachers College, Columbia University, USA. She is living in Hong Kong with her husband and two teenage sons.
