With over 25 years of work experience, of which almost half have been in heading up the HR function, Debbie Mannas has been instrumental in setting the Human Capital (HC) vision and driving out talent management programmes across her previous and current organisations. She has a strong background in Learning and Development and is an experienced coach and facilitator, particularly with respect to Performance Management and Recruitment. She is passionate about creating a sustainable work culture driven by a positively motivated, fair, transparent, results oriented workplace and has helped business managers succeed in by training, coaching and working with them to align and reward their teams. Debbie’s vision is to help business managers by pragmatic and results driven partnering for enhanced employee engagement, performance and business results, and robust HC metrics that help in decision making.
