Charles Caldwell
Charles, holds a Bachelors Degree in Administrative Studies, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Management Studies and MBA from the Kellogg – HKUST MBA program. In 2001 the Asia Pacific HR community recognised Charles with four awards including China Staff magazine’s prestigious HK Manager of the Year Award. In 2002 Charles was nominated for “Outstanding Contribution to HR in Hong Kong & China.” Charles has also received several other Hong Kong HR Awards and ERC service awards.
Charles moved to Hong Kong in 1996 where he was Director Sales & Marketing for Achieve Global. In 1998 Charles became the HR Director for Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific. In April 2003 Charles joined Juniper Networks as their HR Director, Asia Pacific. At the time the company had 100 APAC employees and as of March 2011 had over 3,000 APAC employees. In April 2011, Charles became the HR Director for English Schools Foundation.
