Armed with a first class honours in Mathematics from Oxford University, Bob Charles started his career as an actuary at a leading consulting firm in London before he caught a travel bug that led him to Asia to expand Watson Wyatt Worldwide in India. After a 16-year stint where he led integration of multiple new businesses and grew Towers Watson Asia’s operations to become a leading force in the industry across 13 countries, Bob caught the startup bug and joined CXA Group’s mission to transform the employee benefits industry in Asia as the newest member of CXA Group’s leadership team and the Managing Director of CXA’s Hong Kong operations.
